It’s ideal for those who want to start with products selected to support daily balance and a varied diet: it contains fibre, probiotics, plant-based capsules and liquid supplements.

Questions and answers
Can I take the set alongside medication?
If you are taking medication regularly, please consult your doctor. It is best to take fibre supplements (Loclo, Bowel Build) separately from medication, leaving a gap of a couple of hours.
Is it suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Only after consulting a doctor: aloe vera juice and herbal capsules should not be taken during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding without medical advice.
Why is it important to drink water?
Fibre works best when combined with fluids: take Loclo and Bowel Build with a full glass of water and ensure you drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
