Delivery to the UK and import charges

NSP products are delivered to the United Kingdom by Nature's Sunshine Europe from the European Union.

Delivery cost

Delivery to the UK is by UPS courier and costs 10 EUR per order. There is no free delivery threshold for the UK. The delivery cost is confirmed when your order is placed on the official Nature's Sunshine Europe website.

How UK orders work

• Nature's Sunshine Europe accepts orders with delivery to the UK only from a UK customer account (number starting with GB). Orders without registration are not available.
• Registration is free. When we process your order, the NSP Club manager will help you register a VIP customer account with the country United Kingdom.
• A GB account can order only with delivery within the United Kingdom. UK orders are shipped separately and are not combined with orders to other countries.

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties and taxes may be added to shipments, regardless of the order value. These costs are borne by the recipient.

Approximate additional costs:

• VAT — 20%;
• customs duty — about 10%;
• customs clearance fee — a fixed fee charged by the carrier for handling the clearance (about 15 GBP).

The exact amount of any charges depends on the individual circumstances of the shipment and on the decisions of the customs authorities and the carrier.
