The Healthy Bones and Joints pack is centred around nutrients vital for the musculoskeletal system: calcium, and vitamins C and D. Combined with physical activity, it helps you look after your mobility every day.

Can I take the set alongside medication?
If you are taking medication regularly — particularly blood-thinning medication — please consult your doctor: glucosamine and chondroitin may affect how they work.
Does the set contain any allergens?
The glucosamine and chondroitin in Everflex are usually derived from crustaceans and fish. The exact ingredients and allergens for each product are listed on its label; if you have any allergies, please check these before ordering.
Is it suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
