Magnesium NSP contains magnesium in the form of malate - this is one of the most bioavailable forms, which is easily absorbed and assimilated by the body. Due to its chelate form, magnesium effectively passes through the intestinal barrier without irritating the stomach. It is involved in more than 300 biochemical processes, including protein and carbohydrate metabolism, regulation of nerve transmission and cardiovascular function.
Magnesium deficiency is manifested by insomnia, irritability, seizures, headaches, arrhythmias, decreased concentration and fatigue. Magnesium is especially needed by the elderly, hyperactive children, pregnant women, and those taking diuretics, antibiotics or suffering from diabetes.

Magnesium NSP helps relieve spastic constipation, colic in children, supports migraines, flatulence and hypertension. It is also recommended as a prevention of calcifications in arteries, as magnesium regulates calcium deposition in tissues.
For best results, it is recommended to take Magnesium NSP in combination with calcium and multivitamin B, because magnesium and B6 work synergistically, and an excess of one B vitamin without the others can cause an imbalance.
The product is non-GMO, free of artificial additives and easy to incorporate into daily diet.
